WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
FOR PRINTS There is FREE US GROUND SHIPPING (HI & AK INCLUDED) ON ALL ORDERS, any dollar amount. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. 2-Day and Overnight Shipping are FREE after Cart Total is $525 and above. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. International Shipping Charges still apply.

Shipping Outside of the Continental US, Expedited Shipping, and Special Requests
Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost.
We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.
Shipping Quotes are available for large orders or orders shipping to international destinations. Please CONTACT US with the details of what will be in the order and the address it will be shipped to.
FOR ORIGINALS & LIMITED EDITIONS Shipping times range from 3-9 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available. Shipping for these items will be based on weight:
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?
- All sales are FINAL. Please be careful when selecting the correct quantity amount/medium for your print(s).
- We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
- If your prints 1.) arrive damaged or 2.) have print quality issues, the faulty item(s) will be replaced at no charge.
- Please contact orders@matthewjphotos.com for further instructions on a new print(s) being sent your way.
- No need to return the damaged/print quality issue print(s). You can keep or dispose of it.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact orders@matthewjphotos.com as soon as possible, ideally within 12 hours, but no later than 24 hours, as our window for handling such requests is quite narrow. There is no guarantee that an order can be cancelled/modified in time (due to incorrect quantity ordered, wrong medium, etc.), but we will do our best to get in touch with the fulfillment vendor to stop the physical printing process. Once the order is confirmed cancelled or modified to the correct amount/medium, a refund or partial refund will be given.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?
Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
HOW DO I RETURN MY PACKAGE?
For a refund or replacement due to damage, please email orders@matthewjphotos.com and please keep all packaging and contact us with your order number for further instructions.
